KRISHNA P. SINGH CENTER FOR NANOTECHNOLOGY ON EXHIBIT AT THE CENTER FOR ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

The Krishna P. Singh Center for Nanotechnology is featured in an exhibition organized by University of Pennsylvania at the Center for Architecture and Design. Entitled "Transformation by Design," the exhibit highlights a selection of 11 projects initiated since the campus master plan, Penn Connects, was established in 2006.

Embracing its location at the hinge of two distinct urban areas, the Center for Nanotechnology is designed to both mark the transition from city to campus and to serve as a public showcase for innovative research, which all too often goes unseen. By placing the research on display, the inward-oriented focus of a traditional research facility is inverted.

The exhibition runs until November 17, 2016.
