MARION WEISS AND MICHAEL MANFREDI HONORED AS NATIONAL ACADEMY ACADEMICIANS

Each year since 1825, a select group of prominent artists and architects is elected into the National Academy. As National Academy Academicians, distinguished practitioners are recognized for their "exceptional creative work and contribution to the arts." This year's inductees include: Marion Weiss and Michael Manfredi, Ida Applebroog, Peter Bohlin, Preston Scott Cohen, Jane Dickson, Eric Owen Moss, Antoine Predock, Martin Puryear, Charles Renfro, Edward Ruscha, and Joan Semmel.
