"Designing for Disaster" Exhibition Opens at the National Building Museum

Hunter's Point South Waterfront Park is featured in the National Building Museum's current exhibition "Designing for Disaster." The exhibition presents tools and strategies that can help create more disaster-resilient communities. "Designing for Disaster" will be on view in Washington, D.C. through August 2, 2015.

A new model for urban ecology, the park is a design collaboration between Thomas Balsley Associates and WEISS/MANFREDI with ARUP as the prime consultant and infrastructure designer.
