Weiss/Manfredi-designed Novartis Office Building & Visitor Reception Unveiled

BUILDING 335, Novartis' corporate global oncology offices in East Hanover, transforms the paradigm of the office "box." An ascending spiral of communal "living rooms" and outdoor terraces are carved into the building and link five floors of open offices to create a continuous and flexible work environment. Novartis' expanded campus also includes buildings by Rafael Viñoly, Fumihiko Maki, and Vittorio Lampugnani.

The Visitor Reception Building emerges from the earth to define a new entry to Novartis' North American Headquarters. The building, with reception, orientation, and gathering spaces for the campus, is sheltered by a sculptural roof form which expresses Novartis' spirit of technological innovation.
