Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale on the Cover of Architectural Record

Featured on the cover of Architectural Record's annual November issue dedicated to projects at colleges and universities, the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale serves as a beacon for interdisciplinary collaboration. The transparent elliptical building encourages movement through a newly created courtyard and invites the university community into a new learning environment.

Author Beth Broome notes that the site was "...largely ignored: a windswept, concrete-paved crevice. Now this space has been transformed, with the arrival of a diminutive elliptical innovation hub designed by [Weiss/Manfredi] that invigorates its dreary surroundings with its rippling glass facade and a spirit of optimism."
