Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts

WEISS/MANFREDI is the design architect developing the western side of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts'  campus along Amsterdam Avenue.

The first phase of design will focus on a major revitalization to Lincoln Center's Damrosch Park, providing open space for New Yorkers and state-of-the-art performance areas for artists from across the globe. The design team, consisting of WEISS/MANFREDI, Hood Design studio as landscape architect, and Moody Nolan as architect of record, will develop proposals based on ideas and feedback from more than 3,400 New Yorkers who joined a participatory design process for creating a more open and accessible destination. WEISS/MANFREDI is thrilled to be part of this team:

"We are deeply honored to work with Lincoln Center to envision a vibrant theater in the park,” said Marion Weiss and Michael Manfredi. “Bringing down the walls to the west transforms Damrosch Park into a destination for performance and play, discovery and delight, engaging the entire community and connecting the magic of performance to a broader and more diverse public.”
